Here at 5 Year Wood we handcraft unique and functional wood inspired products for any occasion.  We’ll admit, our products may not be for everyone; only those who want a truly unique piece to give or have for themselves ~ each one is hand-made and not massed produced.

As Artisans and Wood workers for over 15 years experience in design, woodworking and turning, quality and attention to detail is reflected in each of our designs and pieces.  We work with a variety of renewable tree species (many of it local wood), as well as renewable exotics.

A lot of our work is produced in our Studio Workshop located in downtown Cumberland.

Our work has been featured in “The Art of Hand Crafted Furniture” show at the Saville Gallery.  This show was by invitation only.

We, along with our work are featured in Woodworker’s Journal
